At Grifigo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward refund and return process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
- Perishable goods, digital products, and hygiene items cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable digital products or software.
- Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Intimate or sanitary goods for health/hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved:
- Refunds are processed through the original payment method (Store Payment).
- The refund amount will be credited within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds via Shopify Payment
All refunds are processed through our secure payment gateway, Store Payment. The refund will appear on your statement with Store Payment reference. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution, but typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at grifigoadmin@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded via Store Payment.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
